The process

What it’s like to work with me.

Curious, present, and completely focused on you.

When we’re together, my priority is to understand you — not just the problem you walked in with. I want to understand how you think, what you want, what matters to you, what you’re afraid of, and what you may not even realize is influencing the choices you’re making.

I’m listening for the deeper thing underneath the story: the pattern you keep repeating, the assumption you’ve been treating like fact, the desire you keep talking yourself out of, or the belief that may be standing between where you are and where you want to go.

There is no agenda beyond curiosity about who you are, what you want, and what might be getting in the way.

You bring your life. I bring the questions, attention, and space to help you see it differently.

When we’re consumed with proving, performing, or monitoring ourselves, there is very little room left for curiosity. Part of our work is noticing what pulls your attention away from your own life — and helping you return to it.

01

Tell me what’s going on

We start with a free 20–30 minute discovery call. You can come with a clear goal or just the thing you can’t stop thinking about.

02

We choose the right support

One session may be enough. You may want a focused sprint or deeper work. I’ll recommend the simplest option that fits.

03

We get underneath it

I listen for the assumption, repeated sentence, contradiction, energy shift, or pattern underneath the obvious story.

04

You practice something different

Insight becomes decisions, conversations, habits, and actions you can actually use outside the session.

Inside a session

You bring the topic. I help you hear what’s underneath it.

I’m not there to become another person whose opinion you need.

I ask questions rather than prescribe answers. I’ll challenge an assumption when it sounds like you’re treating it as fact. I’ll slow you down when you race past something important. I’ll reflect patterns I notice and help you distinguish what you genuinely want from what fear, habit, or expectation may be asking of you.

Sometimes the outcome is a decision. Sometimes it is a conversation you are ready to have, a new experiment to try, or simply understanding why the same situation keeps showing up. The goal is movement that feels more intentional and more like yours.

Frequently asked

Good to know.

Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?

No. “I keep thinking about this” is enough to start.

Is coaching therapy?

No. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-looking process and is not a substitute for mental health care. If something would be better supported by a licensed therapist, I will say so directly.

Do I have to come for a self-trust issue?

No. Self-trust is the lens underneath my work, not the only reason to come. You can bring a job, habit, goal, relationship question, transition, boundary, or decision.

How do we know if we’re a fit?

That is what the complimentary discovery call is for. It is free, no-pressure, and gives us both a chance to decide whether working together makes sense.
